Now of course easy is relative. This challenge is not for you....
If you’re the type that wants weight to fall off without putting in any kind of effort, then this challenge is not for you.
If you just want to take supplements without changing your exercise or nutrition habits, then this challenge is not for you.
If you’re addicted to cardio and afraid of lifting weights, this challenge is not for you (although you're probably the type of person that would actually see some awesome results)
If you want to workout 6x a week, thinking that is the answer to getting shredded or fit, this challenge is not for you.
So who is The 40 Day Fitness Challenge for?
•You want to lose weight fast but also keep the weight off for the long-term.
•You’re ready to make some lifestyle changes to how you eat and exercise.
•You need a little extra accountability because you have trouble sticking to your health and fitness goals.
•You thrive with a community of kingdom minded people looking to live healthy alongside you.
•You have some aches, pains, or old injuries that you’re trying to work around - and you want to feel better.

•You've tried close to a dozen other programs or strategies that didn't get you the results they promised.

Then let’s talk more about how to lose weight and build muscle the right way.
But you’re also probably double checking your eyes to see if you read this right.
Let’s make sure we’re on the same page.
So you might be asking yourself…
You’re saying I can lose weight while only working out 2-3x/week?
You’re saying I can lose weight while actually eating some foods I enjoy (AKA not chicken and broccoli - unless you’re into that kind of thing)
You’re saying I can lose weight while not touching a cardio machine?
You’re saying I can lose weight while actually kind of enjoying it?
Yes, yes, yes, and yes.
Okay, yep, I guess you read that right then.
And nope, it's not too good to be true.
So back to losing weight and building muscle the right way:
One of our favorite clients to work with is Nelson (we wish we could brag on all of our clients)
Nelson first came to us with knee and back pain - and very out of shape.
He grew up extremely active with tennis and other sports, but quickly became less active when landing a great job after school.
After exercising far less than he ever had, no longer having a metabolism that could outrun his food choices, and having their daughter - he soon realized his lifestyle wasn’t sustainable.
He had gained weight, his joints hurt, and worst of all it was impacting how he was showing up with his daughter.
He had the realization that he needed help when he was out of breath and his knees hurt one night when carrying his daughter upstairs.
He was not okay with that reality and knew he had to make a change for his future and the future of his family.
He couldn’t even get down to tie his daughter’s shoes without feeling pain.
He decided that getting better was more important than his pride or his comfort zone, so he reached out for help.
Fast forward through jumping into our strength training program and Nelson is not just out of pain, but absolutely crushing it in his fitness program and in life.
He no longer feels limited with his (very active) daughter.
He is back up to biking 20 miles, and even carried his daughter…on his shoulders… for an entire 5k walk.
Another day a few weeks back he carried her throughout Disney Land for an entire day (I mean that’s the ultimate test right?)
Talk about crushing it!
Are you living a life right now completely free of any pain or limitations?
Are you living with a Kingdom standard of integrity and excellence that you're proud of when it comes to your health?
If not, that's okay.
Those results aren’t just reserved for the super fit or super motivated.
Nelson doesn’t work out more than 2x/week and he still has a busy schedule between work and family.
He’s not spending hours a week working out and exercising, he’s just following the plan and fitting it into his already packed schedule.
The same results are available for you.
Whether you’re training for a sport or simply trying to have more endurance and less pain when playing with your kids - we got you.
But I know what you’re thinking.
I’ve gotten hurt lifting weights before.
I’ve tried x, y, or z program and it didn’t work for me.
I don’t like being in a gym.
I don’t like working out in front of other people.
I don’t know if I can give up desserts/alcohol/coffee (well we won't ask you to give up coffee, or chocolate per my wife's rules)
I’m worried about what my family/friends/coworkers will think about me.
I've tried to do this before. It never lasts...
You’re not alone in thinking those thoughts.
These are just a few of the thoughts that go through our clients heads before working with us.
There’s a million+ reasons why you can’t, why you shouldn’t, why this won’t work…
But they’re all lies.
You’re still thinking…Losing weight is hard.
Because the health and fitness industry has done you wrong by thinking that way.
But do you know what’s actually hard?
Being overweight.
Being out of shape.
Not being able to keep up with your kids.
Having to say no to activities because you’re in pain or fearful of getting hurt.
Seeing kids follow in the footsteps of an unhealthy family or society.
Having to slow down on your calling or social activities because your body is slowing down on you.
Failing to show the next generation what healthy living really looks like, as described in 3 John 1:2
All it takes is ONE decision to transform your health and the health of your family forever.
